The team

In central Australia lies a vast desert with extreme weather condition that allows nothing to survive for long. But once in a decade, circumstances combine to make “magic” and the desert is flooded with water, becoming the largest lake in Australia – Kati Thanda.

Then, a mysterious force summons hundreds of thousands of pelicans, who weren’t even born the last time the desert became a lake.

And so the barren desert fills up with life.

Research

Our research involves interviews with the organization’s management and all stakeholders, learning from case studies of similar businesses, analyzing competition,  consumer insights retrieved from target audiences, and reviewing existing market research. By using the chasms and rifts existing in consumers’ perception and experience, we will build a strategy and eventually – a magical story.

Narrative
design

We process all relevant information  gathered in the research phase, and use strategic tools such as SWOT analysis and Confrontation Matrix to create a cohesive and effective disruptive narrative for the brand. The chosen narrative is a combination between global trends and culture and consumer insights, and represents an opportunity not taken before.

Brand
language

We design a creative language that enfolds the strategic narrative and translates it into a creative concept, which contains visual and verbal language. The language turns the concept into an instantly experienced “capsule”. It will enable the client to maintain an improved and enhanced relationship with the target audience.

Launching

This is the first encounter of the brand’s target audience with the brand story as a tool for creating awareness and enchantment. We plan the right ways to tell the story during the launch phase and choose the most impactful media platforms to gain maximum exposure to the target audience.

Alon Weinpress

Alon is an innovative marketing expert with 20 years of vast experience in marketing, inbound branding, digital transformation, customer experience, and change management in complex environments. Alon built Tel Aviv University’s marketing department from scratch. As a marketing director at Tel Aviv University, Alon assembled and managed a team of 14 professionals, led TAU’s marketing and rebranding, and received the “Booster” award for digital innovation.

Alon holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, with honors. He is an experienced speaker, who appeared in major professional marketing and branding conferences, including the AMA symposium for the marketing of higher education in Atlanta. He co-wrote an article about TAU’s rebranding which was published in the Journal of Brand Strategy.

Atara Bieler

Atara is responsible for some of the most canonical advertisements and branding processes of well-known firms and institutions. With more than thirty years of experience as a strategic and branding planner, Atara has a big role shaping the branding industry in Israel. Atara worked as a planning director in advertising agencies and in Television (“yes” satellite TV), and has been self-employed since 2008, handling branding projects with clients from many business categories.

Atara majored in Social and industrial psychology at Bar Ilan University. She has been writing about branding and advertising in local magazines and social media, and also took part in a live radio program, discussing ads and strategy.
